What Do You See?

Let the Colours Tell Their Story

For years, I have enjoyed playing with colours on canvas and paper, allowing them to tell their own stories.

Sometimes I begin with an idea or a feeling I want to express. Then I let the colours take over—and what emerges can be uncannily striking. Faces, animals, birds and unexpected shapes appear, often revealing things I never consciously intended to create.

I leave my pictures unsigned on the front because there is not always a single way to view them. Turn an image around, and an entirely different story may unfold.

Encouraged by my younger sister, I have decided to share some of these pictures with you, one each day. You might see one thing, several things, or something that nobody else notices. Perhaps, through what I think of as synchronicity, something in a picture will feel particularly relevant to your life.

Take a moment to relax and let your eyes wander. There is no need to search for meaning or force an interpretation. Allow whatever catches your attention to emerge in its own time. A healthy helping of imagination is always welcome!

Please comment and share what you see. There are no right or wrong answers, and I hope these images bring you as much pleasure and surprise as they have brought me.

Tomorrow, I’ll reveal the name I gave today’s piece.

Digital Prints

Digital prints of my artwork are available for £15.00 ($21.00) each. If a picture speaks to you and you would like a copy, please email advantagesubliminal@gmail.com.

What Do You See?

As mentioned previously I like to play with colours and let them tell their own story on canvas or paper, and I have been doing this for years.  Sometimes, also I'll have an idea of what I want to express then I leave it to the colours to give me their message and often it can be spookily impressive.  I have seen faces, animals, birds etc.. I haven't signed my images on the front because sometimes rotating them gives a completely different view.

My younger sister has inspired me to share some of those images with you and, each day I'll show a different image, you may see something, you may even see more than one thing, and under the law of synchronicity you may find something in the image that is relevant to you. The important thing is to relax and absorb the image and then it will show itself in it's fullness to you. Also having a healthy dose of imagination helps.

In any event, please feel free to comment and share if you so desire (PLEASE), there are no right or wrong answers and I hope they bring you as much visual fun as they did me.
Tomorrow I'll share the name I gave today’s piece.
