Love by John/Unconditional Love/Joy/Romantic Love/Family/Parents/Siblings/Lovers/Self-Awareness

Love

Love knows no boundaries,

recognizes no hurdles,

is without guile,

dynamic yet gentle.

It is lighter than air

and lasts forever.

It is the laughter in life

and the tears in sorrow.

Without it we have

and are as nothing.

I have two self-help stories available exclusively on

Amazon, either on the Kindle or paperback, and I do

hope that you find them interesting, thought-

provoking, and, most of all, enjoyable: -

The Rock Philosophy

This simply written short story is aimed at those who

seek to understand themselves, and through

 understanding themselves comes a greater

 understanding of life.

The Life of Jesus

(as witnessed by his brother)

Much has been written about Jesus, and no matter your

view on religion or Christianity, this person, whether he

was as described in the bible or not, has singularly

shaped, to a greater or lesser extent, the lives we lead

today through his wisdom. There are many versions of

the story, but there is only one truth, and is it not

 better to know the truth?

The Sunshine of Your Love by John/Unconditional Love/Romantic Love/Family/Parents/Siblings/Lovers

 The Sunshine Of Your Love

Warming, nourishing, caring, tender,

is the radiant light,

which is the

sunshine of your love.

Let it illuminate

the darkest recesses

of this world

and universe,

touching all

in its path.

No speech

or language necessary,

only the radiant, vibrant,

and most beautiful,

infectious example

of the sunshine of your love.

Protection against Psychic Attack by John/Energy Attack/Energy Integrity/Internal Security

Psychic Protection

Like invisible mosquitoes they bite and drain,

sometimes so much it drives me nearly insane.

For those malignant energies it is always open season,

leaving me feeling exhausted for no apparent reason.

Today is the day I put up my defences as I self-protect,

and my powerful invisible barrier will their advances reject.

Moonshine by John/Illusion/Imaginary Fears/Shadows of the Mind/Laughter/Healing/Understanding

Moonshine

The bright moon casts its silvery glow,

creating illusive shadows, my imagination, I know.

Yet if I allowed imagination's fear machine to grip,

then I would be helpless at my courage slip.

I laugh out loud at this silly me,

then fear's hand slips and I am free.

The Assessor by John/Self-Reflection/Self-Awareness/Understanding/Self-Growth/Challenge

 The Assessor

I look in the mirror,

seeing behind the mask.

My heart beats, as my soul,

the ultimate assessor of my life,

seeks progress.
