I find that without effort, stress cannot win.

Through stillness I then feel serenity’s touch,

Angels Without Wings by John/Unsung Heroes/Friendly Presence/Unselfish Helpers/Caring/Compassionate

 

Angels Without Wings

 We may pass them in the street completely undetected,

yet they know us, and come when needed, often unexpected.

On the surface they look totally normal, yet different,

for it is through word and deed that they become significant.

It is as if their beings are a wondrous, uplifting song,

and their music lifts us above what is hard and wrong.

Their souls naturally radiate understanding, warmth and love,

and we then know in our hearts we are blessed by heaven above.
