Each Moment by John/Feeling Helpless/Pressure of Life/Hope/Understanding/Self-Determination

 Each Moment

I seem to be struggling,

each and every day.

There’s never enough money,

and my life is filled with dismay.

Yet I see in each moment,

the vibrancy of my life.

It is always flowing onwards,

despite unwelcome strife!

There is a process underway,

helping me realise who I am,

with all my weaknesses and strengths,

and my part in the great plan.

So, I smile and laugh,

ignoring the pain for pleasure,

for I now know each moment,

is uniquely mine to treasure!

I have two self-help stories available exclusively on

Amazon, either on the Kindle or paperback, and I do

hope that you find them interesting, thought-

provoking, and, most of all, enjoyable: -

The Rock Philosophy

This simply written short story is aimed at those who

seek to understand themselves, and through

 understanding themselves comes a greater

 understanding of life.

The Life of Jesus

(as witnessed by his brother)

Much has been written about Jesus, and no matter your

view on religion or Christianity, this person, whether he

was as described in the bible or not, has singularly

shaped, to a greater or lesser extent, the lives we lead

today through his wisdom. There are many versions of

the story, but there is only one truth, and is it not

 better to know the truth?

Protection against Psychic Attack by John/Energy Attack/Energy Integrity/Internal Security

Psychic Protection

Like invisible mosquitoes they bite and drain,

sometimes so much it drives me nearly insane.

For those malignant energies it is always open season,

leaving me feeling exhausted for no apparent reason.

Today is the day I put up my defences as I self-protect,

and my powerful invisible barrier will their advances reject.

Say Goodbye to PICA/Addiction/Eating Disorder/Health/Healthy Eating/Self-Awareness

PICA

I don’t know why I crave what I crave,

and it’s not for hunger pangs to stave.

I know it's abhorrent, but I don’t care,

for this addiction has me in its snare.

If only I could change how I think and feel

and eat healthy and happy with newfound zeal.

People Pleasing by John/The Gift Of Saying NO Without Guilt/Choices/Decisions/Self-Awareness

People Pleasing

My inability to say NO rules my life,

and effectively, my free will smothers!

Consequently, my life is not my own,

because I surrender it to others.

I feel it within me, though, the will to change,

and my new perspective I happily arrange!

I no longer feel small, lesser or fake,

my decisions are MINE which I happily take!

Panic Attacks by John/Panic Disorder/Letting Go Of Fear/Self-Confidence/Self-Awareness/Calming

Panic Attacks

My lips are dry, and my throat is tight,

and my whole being feels filled with fright.

Where does it come from this terrible panic?

It makes me feel as if I am on the Titanic!

Yet if I slow my breathing, it sooths my hammering heart,

I know now I can feel peace, and it is a great start!
