because I find eating a chore.

My body doesn’t look like what I want,

it could be better, even something to flaunt.

I have decided now to enjoy what I eat,

and to add to me some tasty meat!

I know it's abhorrent, but I don’t care,

for this addiction has me in its snare.

If only I could change how I think and feel

A part of me vehemently wants to be so slim,

but I know now that means my light will dim.

I realize that most importantly is my good health,

and not being slim but a healthy look is the true wealth.
