Psychic Protection

 

Like invisible mosquitoes they bite and drain,

sometimes so much it drives me nearly insane.

For those malignant energies it is always open season,

leaving me feeling exhausted for no apparent reason.

Today is the day I put up my defences as I self-protect,

and my powerful invisible barrier will their advances reject.

It is very clear to me,

what others do not see.

Even though I try to tell,

they do not get that I am unwell.

Of course, if they are correct,

and there’s no illness to detect.

Then my mind I have to train,

so that I do not drive myself insane.

I will know I am completely well,

and can now escape this living hell!
