Oft my mind can’t be still,

yet I don’t want to take a pill.

My mind is like a crazy racetrack at times,

and I’m sure my blood pressure climbs.

One thought crashes into another,

any peace and satisfaction to smother.

Now I decide to feel wonderful peace,

and stressful energy and thoughts release!

Enmeshment Trauma

 

It seems my life is set,

for I am caught in a net.

No matter how I tug and pull,

I feel trapped by another’s rule.

Yet if I just relax and still my mind,

then my true self I’ll lovingly find.

This seed of feeling and knowing me,

will then grow into a mighty tree.

With roots firmly planted in the soil,

I naturally grow strong with no toil.

It is like a spectacular magical feat,

to feel so wonderfully complete.

I can now truly become the happy ME,

because I chose to act and set myself free!
