Positivity

 

I now wake up each day feeling great,

and in a joyful, anticipation, raring to go, state!

Each day my life is now filled with wonderful vigour,

and it is as if my life just suddenly got bigger!

Now there is a song in my heart, and music in my mind,

and it is a feeling of that very special kind.

The Sun is shining bright, but the light is from within,

and I can see it with my inner sight, and it can never dim!

Opening Up To Emotions

 

Sometimes I am on the receiving end,

when others their emotions send.

Some are wonderful, others not,

and I find understanding them quite fraught.

I keep mine in a safe place, and there they stay,

yet I am now beginning to wonder about a better way.

For me to grow inside, I must address my feelings,

and do the same for others with whom I have dealings.

Honesty about my emotions helps others to know the inner me,

then our feelings are shared, warmly, open and free.

Inner Peace and Harmony by John/Serenity/Understanding/Compassion/Self-Believe/Self-Awareness

 

Inner Peace and Harmony

 

Despite life’s apparent need

to grind and test,

by overwhelming and cowing,

as it tries its best,

to reduce me to a dribbling,

gibbering wreck,

feeling as if my head

will explode from my neck.

My inner peace and harmony 

are scrupulously tested,

but with constant practice, 

they are never bested!

frustrated, stressed and bad-tempered?

When was the last time you had that wonderful feeling of peace?

If we allow external circumstances to 'push our buttons', then it is those

circumstances that control our life. Yet if train ourselves to feel peace,

then we are not only in control of our lives, we then start to influence and

control those external circumstances which were causing us stress before.
