This poem captures a moment in life, where sounds, images, senses come together to capture a unique moment in time. On reflection, each moment is unique, for they each have their own individual energy.
Thoughtful
Dark clouds in the sky
gracing the winds on high,
as the sun sinks down
over this peaceful town.
It's Sunday again and the TV's loud and boring,
it sounds just like a motorbike roaring.
The kids are out, playing in the street,
young people, agile, graceful, and fleet.
The circle of life turns, school, work, life, old age
hopefully we’ll gain wisdom and be like a sage!
Onwards we go, never seeing clearly
the mistakes we make sometimes costing us dearly
But on we go as we always must
with a smile, faith, hope, and trust.
When life feels tough and we are at temper’s length,
we dig deep and find love truly is our strength.

shaped, to a greater or lesser extent, the lives we lead
today through his wisdom. There are many versions of
the story, but there is only one truth, and is it not
better to know the truth?
