Persistent Depressive Disorder
I no longer wish to feel depressed and gloomy,
instead, I desire my mind to be light and roomy.
I have decided therefore to change how I feel,
and engage in a life which is positive, sunny, and real.
Through peaceful meditation the answer is sought,
and thankfully I now let go of every negative thought.
