Stop Smoking

 

Non-Smoker

I used to cough and splutter,

“give up smoking” I’d mutter.

Inhaling smoke did me no good,

I thought falsely, it helped my mood.

Being clean and free from that smoker state,

helps me realise that cigs are no longer my best 

mate!

Some days my life seems such a mess,
