Life can get so demanding and busy,
that my positivity gets truly dizzy.
It is then I must take the time,
to look at what is good and mine.
With thought, I can see I am blessed,
reducing easily the feeling of being stressed.
The influence of positive people and situations,
inspire my feel-good factor and determination.
I truly appreciate how fortunate I am, and I now find,
that this appreciation enriches my heart, soul and mind!
