A number of years ago my blogger friend Elena was involved in a campaign (from memory) ultimately to improve our individual feeling of self-worth and self-esteem. Very powerful words whose intent is absolutely clear.
It seems particularly relevant in today's climate to remind ourselves of those most important words. The above is the front of the card and below is the reverse.
