Bipolar Disorder
A rollercoaster of emotion oft has me in it’s grip,
then my energies constantly rise and dip.
I have unbelievable highs and ghastly lows,
which sometimes feel like hammer blows.
Yet I know I can be so cool and free,
knowing great peace and harmony!
I relax and breath, long and deep,
so happy by day, and nighttime sleep.
