Immune To Nit-Pickers
I listen to their pointed words,
and sometimes they are quite absurd.
Add to this their ‘you need to do better’ tone,
and then my patience is nearly blown.
Why is it in order for them to feel superior and tall,
that they must nit-pick to make others feel small.
Then I remind myself to breathe deeply and be calm,
for their unrequested input is like computer SPAM!
