Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD)

Once a month I feel half dead,

and I often must retreat to my bed.

Unhealthy thoughts often invade my mind,

and the light of love is hard to find.

Oh, to feel better at this difficult time,

and be filled with glowing health that is mine.

I know this quest for this health starts from within,

and by meditating my soul now desires to sing.
