Self- Empowerment (Yes and No)
The words that shape our world you know,
is our power to say YES or NO!
We should be careful when we kindly say YES,
for people may want more, not less.
And to be careful when we say NO,
for it may feel to some like a hammer blow.
Of course, the same applies to our personal decisions,
and we must do our best without remission.
The choice really is ours to make,
and not for others to freely take.
Our heart should guide us on our path,
and our brain listens and then does the math!
We each are individuals in our own right,
and others should respect this without a fight.
I am the complete ME, don’t you see!
I seek not another’s burden but just to be free.

the story, but there is only one truth, and is it not
better to know the truth?
