Stress Relief
My fear and frustration are intimately intense,
and the pressure overwhelms and feels immense.
It is as if I am carrying two immense boulders,
firmly attached, unmoveable, on my shoulders.
I know if I slow my breathing, and feel still,
I can beat this with the power of my will!
