Serenity (2)
In cultivating that wonderful stillness within,
I find that without effort, stress cannot win.
Through stillness I then feel serenity’s touch,
a wonderful balm which is ne’er to much.
Through serenity I understand the importance of simplicity,
and through simplicity I nourish and cherish my serenity.
