I often find people hard to understand,
and consequently, my self-esteem turns to sand.
Then my emotional being starts to vibrate,
as I enter an unwanted anxiety state.
My words then take on a life of their own,
and become seeds of discord I have unwittingly sown.
Nobody seems to understand what makes me tick,
and at times life hurts and just makes me sick.
Now is the time for me to make a change,
adding fun and sociability to my personable range.
